A: We add a brand-new piece of exclusive content to the content hub every Wednesday and you’ll be notified by email. If you’re not receiving our email, please check we’re not landing in your junk. 😊


Q. Is the content included in a membership plan exclusive to PMA?

A. That’s right! You won’t see our membership content anywhere else - it’s for paying members only.
