Go-to-Market Strategy: it's the bread and butter of product marketing, yet it can look and work very differently across businesses. There's target audience definition, messaging, channels, pricing, launching, etc -- where does it start and end? What does good vs great look like?
In this session, we'll hear real-life examples of how our fellow product marketers have created and executed go-to-market strategies for their own features and products. We'll discuss things like:

- How PMMs partner with other teams in GTM strategy

We have two fabulous speakers:
Susan "Spark" Park is the Head of Gaming Ads Product Marketing at Facebook. She and her team are focused on building and commercializing marketing solutions for Gaming Marketers, a multi-billion dollar business unit for Facebook. She started in tech at Google, and she departed Google as the Global Product Lead on the Remarketing business. Then she went to a small, pre-IPO company called Spotify where she worked in product and product marketing to 10x their advertising business in 4 years. She lives in London and on airplanes.
Kevin Bailey is a technologist and experienced Go-To-Market strategist in the cyber security space with leaders such as Symantec, IDC, Clearswift and BAE Systems. In each of these positions Kevin was responsible for the GTM strategy, including revenue generation from new and existing markets, product launches and business realignment to match market needs.
