Nathalie is a seasoned customer marketer in the B2B technology, telco, and Fintech industries with expertise in global campaigns and customer advocacy campaigns. Temenos is looking at how to turn digital banking experiences into emotional connections.

Nathalie is passionate about customers and enjoys sharing their success stories highlighting the human factor and how they impact their clients’ lives. She developed or built programs from scratch at CA, Avaya, Tata, and Temenos. At Temenos, Nathalie and her team look into giving visibility to customers’ successes as well as managing the reference and the loyalty programs.
